I agree, Carrie Bradshaw would be a Theta Mom. My love for SATC is born of authenticity also. I believe Carrie and root for her even when she makes a bad decision. I feel she could be a friend if I knew her in real life and I believe a lot of us feel that way. Theta Moms are each others friends, we understand and we support each other. I don’t have children nor do I want them I am tooo selfish and enjoy my life just like it is, but I think that is better than having one and not loving it like crazy.

I don’t have children, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed! Hee-hee. I do however, envision myself as somewhat of a Carrie Bradshaw mom. I’m hoping I can find heels to match a stroller one day.

Ok, Lady, I have been happily investigating your blog for a majority of my day. I must say you have a wonderfully seamless way of writing. It’s not only lovely as a reader for my eyes to be able to glide across the post, but as a busy mom with one eye intermittently on the computer and the other everywhere else, it was great to be able to easily jump in and out of reading.

You have another post about creating readership where you gave three of your own tips for gaining followers. I believe the most important tip was your first; have great well written, great content. One of the biggest appeals of Carey Bradshaw is that albeit at times weak for the reasons you mentioned, her insights were always raw and emotionally vulnerable. When posts embody those qualities, I’m almost always instantly drawn to them because that is when the most relatable, humorous material takes shape.

I’ve really enjoyed your blog. Thank you.
